Pricing
For a reasonable monthly fee, we will manage your investment for you. Our fees have incentives for us to improve your cash flow. We do not charge a premium on normal maintenance or repairs. We work to obtain and retain qualified tenants in your property, thereby reducing turnover, your biggest expense.
Management Fees
Management fees are between 6 and 8% of Gross Collected Income for most properties. Owners of multiple properties receive a discount after the first five single family properties.
Lease Up Fees
Our typical lease up fee for properties we manage is 4.17% of gross rents to be paid under the lease. Properties we do not manage are charged 8.33% of gross rents to be paid under the lease. We do not collect a lease up fee for tenant renewals.
